A Panasonic TV with no network connection uses infrared only and cannot be controlled by an app.
Set up your Panasonic TV
1. Install the app

2. Check the TV settings
In the TV's network settings, look for an option that allows control from a mobile remote app and make sure it is enabled. Its name depends on the model.
3. Open the app
Start the app with the TV on; it searches your network and lists the Panasonic TVs it finds.
4. Pick your TV
Select your TV. If it shows a confirmation on screen, accept it with the physical remote.
Troubleshooting
My Panasonic TV is not listed
Check that the TV is on and on the same network as your phone. Enable the mobile remote option in the TV's network settings and restart the TV if needed.
The TV asks for confirmation every time
Accept the request once using the physical remote. If it keeps appearing, restart the TV and connect again.
Can I use it from another room?
Yes, as long as the phone stays on the same Wi-Fi network as the TV. The app does not use infrared.
