1. Eligibility and Use of the App

You may use the App only if you are legally able to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable in your country or region. If you are under the minimum age required by applicable law, you may use the App only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who accepts these Terms on your behalf.

You are responsible for ensuring that your device, network connection, and environment are suitable for using the App.

2. License and Intellectual Property

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on a mobile device that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

All rights, title, and interest in and to the App (including its design, source code, logos, graphics, and content) remain our exclusive property or that of our licensors. These Terms do not grant you any intellectual property rights other than the limited license described above.

3. App Functionality and TV Control

The App is designed to allow you to control compatible TVs and devices over your local network. Availability and performance may depend on:

• Your TV model and firmware version
• Your home network configuration and Wi-Fi quality
• Permissions and settings on your device

We do not guarantee that the App will be compatible with all TVs or devices, and we are not responsible for any malfunction caused by third-party firmware, network issues, or device limitations.

4. Advertising, In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

4.1 Advertising

The free version of the App may display advertisements served by third-party ad networks. These partners may use technologies such as cookies, mobile identifiers, or SDKs to deliver and measure ads. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.

4.2 In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

The App may offer in-app purchases or subscriptions (for example, options to remove advertising or unlock additional features). All payments are processed by the app store from which you downloaded the App (such as Google Play Store or Apple App Store). We do not process or store your full payment details.

Subscription details, including price, duration, renewal, and cancellation terms, are displayed in the app store at the time of purchase. Please review these details carefully before confirming your purchase.

4.3 Auto-Renewal and Cancellation

If you purchase an auto-renewable subscription, it will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, in accordance with the rules of the relevant app store.

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your app store account settings. Deleting the App does not automatically cancel an active subscription.

5. User Obligations and Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App in any way that is unlawful, illegal, or in violation of applicable regulations.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App, servers, or networks.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, except where such restrictions are prohibited by law.
• Use the App to infringe the rights of others (including privacy, copyright, or other intellectual property rights).

6. Third-Party Services and Links

The App may integrate third-party services (analytics, crash reporting, advertising, remote control protocols) or contain links to third-party websites or applications. These third parties are responsible for their own terms, privacy practices, and content.

We are not responsible for, and do not endorse, any third-party services, websites, or content. We recommend that you review the applicable terms and privacy policies of those third parties.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or availability.

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or compatible with all devices, TVs, or networks.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, nor for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the App.

Where liability cannot be fully excluded under applicable law, our total liability shall in no case exceed the amount you have paid (if any) for the use of the App during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms or if we decide to discontinue the App.

Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately. Any provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including, without limitation, intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) shall continue to apply.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the App shall be submitted to the competent courts of France, unless a mandatory legal provision gives you the right to bring the dispute before another jurisdiction.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.

If you continue to use the App after the new Terms have been published, you are deemed to have accepted the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the App and, if necessary, cancel any active subscriptions via your app store account settings.
